Since 2018 we've kept bees in Meredith — no additives, no shortcuts, no blending with anyone else's honey. What's in the jar came out of our own frames that season.

Every jar is strained, never micro-filtered or heated past what the bees intended — that's why it crystallizes, and that's fine.
